Note: If the button marked is pressed again whilst the Milk Frother is still hot, then the unit will
operate and automatically switch off when the milk reaches the pre-set temperature (
~70ºC).
2. Frothing Hot Chocolate
Fig.7 Remove the lid.
Fig.8 Press the blender firmly onto the spigot in the bottom of the pot. Check that it rotates freely.
Fig.9 Pour the required amount of milk into the pot, up to the 250ml Max level.
(If more milk is poured into the pot you risk the beverage overflowing!)

Fig.12 Place the pot onto the base unit. Plug in the appliance and switch on the mains supply.

. The indicator light will come on and the blender will start to rotate the
milk. After approximately 1½ - 4 minutes the hot chocolate will have reached the pre-set temperature (~70°C)
and the appliance will automatically switch off. The luscious hot chocolate can now be poured into your cup. If
you want to stop the appliance at any time, press the button a second time.

CHANGING THE BLENDER/STIRRER
The Milk Frother is supplied with two blenders, marked ’foam’. These will produce a frothy drink. The stirrer
marked ’mix’ can be used to produce a hot drink that is not frothy.
Note - If you wet the bottom of the pot with a little tap water this will speed up
the heating operation.
